Those are street tires.
The DW in KDW stands for Dry and Wet meaning those tires will perform well in those conditions. I ran those for awhile on my fronts and found them to be very noisy and still understeered alot more than what I would expect for a tire that expensive.
The D in KD is for Dry and I've never run these so I can't give you much of a review, except to tell you I've heard good things about people using them for the twisty track.
If you live a mainly dry area and do alot of cornering get the KD's. If you do mixed driving and need them for a daily driver stick with the KDW's. Plus the KDW's have that wicked tread pattern. [8D]
