ok so im not new to nitrous at all, but thinking about spraying the 4.6 now...

few questions, is a nozzle in the intake tube safe on these cars? if so, how far from the tb are you guys spraying?

im going wet, assume thats alright w. these too right?

is it cool to spray from 3-6k? i have a window switch

whats the biggest shot you can do safely? im thinking of spraying a 100 shot

anyone have a microswitch mounted up? if so a pic would be awesome

and where are you guys mounting arming switches at?
i already have a kit (nos, wet kit) from my 5.0 that im debating on swaping over to the 4.6... just need to know whats safe and what isnt on these cars

 

I am running a plate kit, dont run more than a 100 shot, I have the cupholder switch. As far ast the nozzle i dont know or the window switch. Get new plugs, and an svt focus pump for added security. I bought mine from Haney Motorsports, install wasnt bad other than those tiny *** screws!

 

this will only happen if i dont sell the 5.0

I dont think the rods can handle it, so unless you want to scatter it, I wouldnt do more than a 100. Some people are running 150s/125s but I wont on a stock bottom end.

 

+1 i wouldnt run more than a 100 on a stock GT.

a 100 shot (with NX anyways cuz their shots are rated at RWHP) is roughly 100rwhp and i think 140rwtq might be wrong. its alot of power that instantly hits. redline is 5800. i would set it a hair under that. you dont need to be hitting 6k anyways

 

yea i know hwo a 100 shot hits,and ok 5800, same differance, well... it looks like if the 5.0 doesnt sell ill spray this
