It's already done. I'm rewiring the engine bay to hide as many of the wires as I can. I'm trying make everything look good. Repainting, polishing and other stuff.
Ebay I/C. I only lost 1lb of boost with a 12lb pulley. Proof that ebay I/C's are just as good as more expensive ones.

Eh, I wouldn't call it proof until you logg a good few thousand miles on it. No one ever said that the Ebay ones wouldn't work at all, just that they probably wouldn't work that long, and I think that some companies offer warranties on theirs as well, which I'm not sure about the ebay ones.

j/k The I/C has a 1 year warrenty. I have friends that have bought the epensive i/c and the cheap ones. Mines looks as if it was made in the exact process as my buddies $500 i/c on his evo. I could almost say they are identical except for his has a really expensive sticker that says his brand. lol There probably mostly made in the same sweat shop using 10 year old slave workers anyway. We'll see I guess btu for now it's workin good. I just wish the winter would just go away.

Well yeah, there isn't that much to an intercooler, Its basically a radiator without any coolant running through it, I doubt it would be seriously hard to make. I bought mine from a place in town, and they guarantee their stuff, so I trust that a little more, but you're right, there's probably not much difference, at least visible difference.
His might have gone through a more rigerous inspection process, which would have driven the cost up, you never know, all you know is that yours is going to be running nice and cool
