so i am starting to install my new fuel pump any tips? I already cut the gasket for the filler tube so that will slide out.

Is it a in-tank fuel pump, if so do you need some instructions.?

yes it is and i have some but there not that great. i can see everything that would be in the way for the tank to drop down. but do you guys drop it all way down or just enough?

I dropped mine just enough to disconnect the lines from the tank and remove the pump.Either way you'll only be able to drop it so much.

If you happen to have a motorcycle /atv jack, they work great holding up the tank. But if you need some instructions, Obsequious1has some pretty easy ones to follow.

there is no need to cut any gasket? once you lower the tank down some the filler tube will pull out. it is good to have an extra rubber grommet to install . they brake sometime when pulling filler tube out.
