Ok im fed up with this problem on my 2003 mach 1, My CEL popped up agian! yesterday for running lean on both banks, everytime i change something it goes away for weeks to months and then just pops back up! Sometimes i get lean on one bank then sometimes on both banks. here is what ive done.

Fuel filter changed
spark plugs changed
MAF Cleaned
Checked For Vacume Leaks - None that i could see
Replaced the 02 Sensors in the front - Back 02s are off
Ran Injector Cleaner Seafome
No Exhaust leaks
Checked Fuel Pressure - 28-31psi on ide goes up to 40psi when i tap the gas.

The only symptoms i have of something wrong is My car shakes very slightly during idle just enough only i can notice it, and my tail pipes are black from the inside.
