Now according to everyone on here, the color code D3 is torch red...why is it that when i look around online every paint place says the D3 color code is colorado red..they dont even have torch red as an option...so which is it

when i put in 2002 ford mustang gt on the paint sites it tells me that colorado red is D3 and doesnt even have torch red as an option....are they essentially the same color with different names or what

 

As far as I know, it's the same thing.

Colorado red is the Ford name, but everyone else calls it torch red. They are both the D3 paint color. I actually went to Ford for an oil change this morning and got some touch up paint.
