Alright everyone, I purchased and installed the MGW short throw shifter. I love the thing, no more missing 3rd. Now for the real business. What to do next? Keep in mind my exhaust is completely aftermarket from the headers back, its naturally aspirated with a3" cold air intakeand nothing other than underdrive pulleys has been done to the engine and a superchip programmer. I'm looking at headers, supercharger (kenne-bell or something similar), possibly building the engine, or maybe a better drive shaft. Let me know what you think.

Once I put enough money into this car it will become my *** gettin car for the weekends and special events. I would like to be able to nickname it the "corvette killer" but thats my goal for the car. I forgot to mention that I have 3.73 posi track gears. Right now I have Sumotomo HTR-Z tires on it. What headers do you suggest and I'm not familiar with the acronym LCA, please educate my dumb a&&.

Lower Control Arms (Rear). They allow you to control the position of the rear axel and how the weight of the car is "planted" to the rear tires on launch. Basicly, they can help you hook up better off the line. Unfortuneatly, the best settings for Drag launching often end up being the worst settings for road handleing/cornering. It depends on what you do with the car. If you like spankin people at lights, think Drag setup. If you want to follow that vette through a turn at 80mph+, think Road setup.

I think I do have LCA's. I bought this car with several low cost bolt-ons and I remember seeing something on the rear axle, I work at Jiffy Lube so it wouldn't be very hard for me to get underneath it and check them out. I'm not sure but do stock GT's come with lca's and if so what do they look like?
