I've never ridden in a Mustang with the dreaded Flowmaster + O/r midpipe drone syndrome.

If someone makes a video of them crusing around 2K-22oo or so and posts it, I'd like to hear it. I might make one of my in car drone and post it if we cant get one of another.

My Stingers + O/R H howl in the cabin loudly around 2 grand, and I'm curious as to if it's any worse with flows.

(for reference, I'm NOT looking to buy flows)

 

Its probably worse with flowmasters.. .I had 40 series, and now I have magnapacks...

The 40 series' had a resonating sound at right at 2200 or so... a deep sound..

THe packs have a small drone but it seems higher pitch...

THe magnapacks are quieter inside, but quite a bit louder outside.. especially at wot

 

I dont have a video but yes the droning is very crazy... I have the 40s and an offroad X and at certain rpms it makes me feel like my head is going to explode.....

And girls always complain because you can't keep a conversation going without shouting [&o]

normaly i dont carry on conversations in my car. most people are stareing at the road with a terrified look on their face for the duration of the trip. my gf got used to it, for the most part, but its still funny to watch her when i hit wot in 2nd and 3rd gear... stops any conversation.

 

mine drones like hell esp since im a vert...with my O/R H with flows....but i mean seriouslly...can you even have a conversation in a Kenne Bell car?
