Pennzoil or "Q" (same thing) full synthetic from WalMart (with a MotorCraft 820 filter, they sell these too), change it every 2500 to 3000 miles and you'll be good for 200k easy...
I've heard of it, however here in Florida I can't imagine ever using it. I run 10W-30 in the things that use synthetic (I.e. things with less than 100k miles), and 20W-50 dino in everything else...I would use 5W-20 or 0W-20 anywhere the ambient temperature is over 75F to 80F for any significant period...
Is there any particlular reason for this? What about the 2000 Model year? From the factory, they recomend 5W30, and around here, temperatures don't go anywhere near below 90* during the summer.
