Default Isolator question

I lowered my car a couple of days ago. I used the stock lowerisos up front and poly urethane bottom isos for the rear.

My car is PERFECT on the driver side but not as low on the passenger side. WTF? I was told it's "because of the battery on the driver side" but can the battery weight THAT much??

Measurements from the bottom of the fender to the ground (not the most even ground but it gives you an idea)
Passenger (rear) -27 1/2"
Driver (rear) - 26 3/4"

Passenger (front) - 26 1/4"
Driver (front) - 26 1/2"

Now my question... is it "safe" or okay to maybe remove the lower isolator on the passenger side rearbut leave the lower iso in the driver side rear in? I figured it would give me maybe another 1/4" or so to help even things out.

Any other suggestions would be great!

I'm also interested in knowing. Free bump for you. Don't mean to hi-jack, but what springs would require c/c plates? Just wondering since I'm waiting for sportlines to arrive in the mail.

have you had any passengers ride with you?..try that for awhile and see if that helps them settle a little more...give the springs a little while to do their thing before changing anything.....took my pro kit about a week or so

Check to make sure the bottom tail of the Spring is seated in the resest part of the lower control arm. It's a VERY common mistake. Also for the rear make sure the spring tails are facing the same dirrection

AND No you don't need CC plates. Only for lowering more than the 1.5-2 inches. MInes lowered 2' and I just had the alighnment shop elongate the holes a bit. I'll eventually get CC and Bump steer kit & X2 ball joints but I wanna go faster first.

give it about a week or two to set its self. they are brand new springs and the weight of the car needs to sit on them for little bit and if they are still massivelly uneven then i would do something about it

as for you c/c plates... its generally anything more then a 1.5" drop that is recomended for c/c plates

A friend of mine just did what I want to do and run no isos on the back rear.
Honestly, I don't remember why we didn't run the poly isos up front but I know there was a reason hahaha

Not to thread jack, but how is the ride without isos? Is there much noise? I've been thinking about getting a little more drop out of my Pro-Kit, and have been looking at shedding the isolators.

It's a LITTLE more noisy but it's really not bad. But you can definitely feel every bump in the road lmao... but that's how it was before I did this too because the Mach suspension is already reletively stiff. I say go for it!

I'd let them settle for a bit, maybe take some turn, and do a couple launches. If it's still off in a couple days, go back in there and make sure all the springs are positioned THE SAME. If that doesn't do it, start ripping iso's out. It'll be fine.
