i ordered a t/b and plenum on 4/2 from late model restoration. after the order i did not receive a confirmation or any information of my purchase. on 4/7 which was five days later, i called and they said sorry about the delay, it was on backorder and we should be mailing it out tomorrow... this was last monday... i called them today because i still hadn't received the item and the gentleman told me that they still havent mailed it out because they havent received the product in. i will never order anything from them again and it sucks because i still need to order one....

They screwed up my order last summer also. I ordered the powdercoated MM subframe connectors. I recieved the bare steel version. I called them and they credited my card the $20 or so price difference. I never received any order confirmation either.

 

i just had problems with them shipping on time also!!! i ordered300.00 worth of stuff and got it in 3 diffrent orders, three weeks from when i placed it. but they carry more replacement parts for mustangs than anybody else ive seen.

 

That sucks man, sorry to hear you are having trouble with them. I ordered some smoked headlights and badges from them a few weeks ago, fortunately for me I didn't have any problems. Call them up again, maybe they will discount the products or something. Hope it all works out.

Hmm I actually didn't have a problem with RPM either.

 

I have the luxury of having them basically in my back yard. Sorry to hear about the delay, but anytime you shop online, you are going to run the risk of having delays or other problems. Latemodel is a great company, but that doesn't mean they are above having an issue every now and then. If you don't mind me asking, what part was on back order? I know for a fact that t/b's are always on back order. I had the same problem when i went to buy mine. I know you say you'll never buy from them again, but if you keep shopping online, you're going to run into a problem with whoever you shop with if you shop with them enough.

 

i was buying the pp combo...thats not the problem... they didn't contact me at all about my order... no confirmation, etc.. thats the part that pisses me off, the only email i received was the one saying they canceled my order!
