Congrats on the upcoming swap, but i'd like to know why you're going with the IRS too? An 8.8 with 31 splinesounds a lot better. It's your toy though so good luck with it.

 

I'm not going with the IRS. I wanted it (since I was going to get it in the deal), but the car was hit in the rear so it was trashed. More than likely I'm going to do a build up an 8.8 I have lying around then bolt it in. I'm considering doing an e-locker like my friend has so I have a spool at the track then I can have a regular posi on the street.

 

is the engine modified at all or is it stock (like mine) ?

 

uhhh... it's got a 4lb lower pulley and thats about it.
