Engine or Suspenion... which first??
I have some minor stuff done to my car and I want to continue my modding fun!
So I have a question...
What would be "better"... engine mods first or suspension first? Either way, both engine and suspension will get done within a couple of years I'm sure. I would think suspension is better to go with since I already have a reletively fast car and it would be give me a better platform for future engine mods?
Forperformance stuff... I only havea JLT RAI, intake spacer, vogtland springs, cc plates, o/r x-pipe, and catback.
I'm really wanting to do some shocks, struts, and control arms for starters. It won't see the track much, at least not for a while, so I don't need anything with good adjustability or anything. Maybe some full length subframe connectors. I dunno...
Thoughts? I need some direction! lol

the only thing i couldnt imagine is having my bone stock mustang and spending a good 1-1.5k in suspension mods...and still having a car that will get spanked by many others on the road
How much do you plan on spending? LCA's would be a good upgrade. Although you don't go to the track often, when you decide to go you will have addtional help. Sub frame connectors are a must.
I'd say rock the suspension first.. It's so much nicer to upgrade in a linear progression, than upgrade something, then break something, only having to upgrade the broken parts, shortly after you dropped coin on the other things..
That way, when you get your power going, you won't have to worry about as many traction issues, or wheel hop, or even breaking things like torque boxes, or control arm bushings/mounts..

these cars hook just fine on stock suspension and a tire, well when relativly stock... id do power untill a tire and stock suspension cant handle it anymore, then suspension
