do it yourseld it's to easy to pay someone and if you dont have tools got to autozone and rent it

I did mine with hand tools and a floor jack in the driveway. took about 1.5 hrs to 2. pretty simple job.

I, too, and a buddy, installed the FRPP C springs. It took us about 1.5 hrs. As mentioned above, the rearwas simple, whereas, the front wasa lil more tricky and time consuming. We used a pry bar and kicked the living $hit out of them until they seated properly.

im looking into getting some h-r springs for my GT would i need to buy some c-c plates? i dont my stuff to camber ..[:'(]

WTF! You know if you jack the car up enough and you can just step on the control arm and the spring slides in. The is never a reason to kick parts when installing.

Sounds simple enough... I think imma do them myself. For the front, is it necessary to remover the ball joints? Or can I do it without touching them?
