what plugs do you guys use?

I put the same NGK's in my car, but it ended up spitting out a plug and I had all kind of head issues follow suit.
I'm 95% sure the plugs had nothing to do with why my car spit out that plug, but when I got the new head installed,
I got rid of the 7 100% perfect NGK's and put in 8 stock motorcrafts w/o antisieze torqued as clsoe to specs as possible.
Paranoia sucks :-(
