Default control arm ?s

i can either get a set or 4 summit racing arms with worn out bushings, or a set of 2 brand new pro 3 industries (never heard of em) lowers for 120. which would be better. i'd have over 150 in the summit set after the bushings are bought. would there be any difference in not having the uppers on the car? or would i even be able to notice a difference if i had either set on the car?
