mach 460 help
I've been going through my mustang recently and one thing ive noticed is that the front two speakers do not work, the tweeters work fine, i've found out that they work off the radios power, while the rest of the system works of the amps. the rear speakers and sub work just find, its just the lower door speakers. it use to be just the passenger side didn't work, so i removed it, and now the driver side stoped. What i could really use is a complete wiring diagram of the mach 460 system, the haynes manual shows a "typical" radio setup so thats useless. I could really use your help, thanks
apparently a lot of people know a lot about the mach systems. Well, in case any one else has this problem i found out a few things, looking around on google i found out that there is a front and rear amp, the one on for the front is on the left and the rear is on the right, looking forward. The problem can be the wires from the amp, the amp itself or the wiring from the head unit to the amp, or lastly the head unit itself. So now i'm investigating it more and will get back with the results.

here is the photos that helped me out, see the right and left front subwoofer speakers go through one amp. Seeing as one speaker died and then the other, im beginning to think that the amp is the problem. Since the one other amp is fine, I'm going to try different ohm testings on both and see if they are different. I want to keep the the factory amps , maybe speakers later, but a new head unit is on its way.
