I bought a Maximum Motorsports solid steering shaft for my 96 last Saturday, e-mailed yesterday and today asking for a tracking #, and a little while ago got a response back saying they ran out of stock and should ship tomorrow. I'm a little mad, i was expecting to be installing it this weekend, and now i MAY get it by middle of next week.

Anyways should i saysomething or just wait patiently,

thats what i was thinking, but i bought it on ebay not there website. i would think there would one held backfor the auction

 

dude..screw boi...they have the worst customer service, and are always "out of stock"

i bought 4.10s off them on ebay because they were on sale, my mistake i put had my old address saved, emailed them got a nice response from crystal saying it could be fixed just reorder after she cancels my order, then i get emails from a guy named john pretty much telling me to go f*** myself that i screwed it up oh well im on my own. then they send me an unpaid item strike on ebay for the set of gears i did pay for and had already received, but they're still trying to get me to pay for a 2nd set of gears!

and a friend of mine ordered smoked headlights and fog lights...he got his headlights, but not the fogs, so he called, and was literally cussed out on the phone from this same guy named "john"

problem solved..dont buy from anything affiliated with blue oval. american muscle ftw

 

The only reason i bought it from them was i had a discount from Ebay, otherwise i would have bought it from stangsuspension. I guess i'll just wait and see what happens tomorrow.

 

goodluck man..let us know how it works out...but for future reference i wouldn't buy from them..i mean who "cusses out their customers"?

I hate when I buy something on eBay and than all of a sudden it's out of stock. I havn't bought from them before but I've had it happen.
Call after you get a tracking # and complain. It probably do any good but it will make you fell better

 

Well, I went out and bought some caliper paint and started digging into rewiring my radio, so i'll stay busy and wait patiently and see what will happen with the feedback.
