AM doesnt stock those anymore (the last I heard anyways)

You can *MAKE YOUR OWN* look on the left side for DIY MIL Elims.

Or you can buy a handheld tuner like he said above.

The "This item is currently unavailable" and "Temporarily Discontinued" banners have been on that page for months now. Something happened (I have no idea what maybe is was the FTC, DEP or whatever flexing their muscles) a year or so ago and the commercial MIL eliminators dried up completely.

They have always been illegal to use on a street car, but they were not illegal to make or sell; I have noticed that they are not even available on eBay any longer.

-1 on the programmer and +1 on the MIL's. if you use the programmer to turn them off then you also turn off the entire "CHECK ENGINE" system. meaning that if something is wrong with your car, you will have no idea there is a problem.

WRONG. That is not how it works. MIL's only work sometimes and they are extremly hard to find. A tuner will turn off ONLY the rear o2 sensors. Get your facts straight.

+1, turning off the rear O2 sensors just disables the catalyst efficiency monitoring system; everything e;lse continues to work as normal...

If its not the 02 sensors throwing the code, you might have an exhaust leak as this is what my problem is now. I installed my Prochamber and for 2 wks I was fine but then my check engine light came on and it turns out to be an exhaust leak from the manifold to the midpipe. Got new collector gaskets to fix the problem.
