Default Oil/Fuel Injector/Gasoline questions

I just have a few questions. I have an 01' GT and I been hearing different things about which oil is the best, I always used Mobil 1 on all my vehicles, but I recently heard about this stuff called Royal Purple and just would like to know if it is actually better than Mobil 1. Also Im not sure which fuel injector cleaner to use, some say Sea Foam others say Chevron or Amsoil, which is actually better? And also, I always use premiup gasoline because i used it once by accident and noticed that it mad my car run better so i been using it ever since, but i hear some people say that it is a waste of money and doesnt really make a difference, anyone else out there get anything from using premium, cuz i can sure tell a difference compared to 87 octane. And 1 last thing, i also hear people talk about how the car is tuned for a certain octane of gasoline, if that is the case, then how can i tune mine for 91 or 93 octane if it isnt already?

Roya Purple is fine. I won't use the stuff because I am gone for long periods of time. Last time I had RP in my valve seals dry rotted. Any fuel injector cleaner will be fine try to get a big name brand one. Higher octane fuel just has more resistance to detonation. It has no added detergents or seceret ingredients. Any improvement you felt when you used it was in your head. You have to either get dyno tuned or buy a tuner to get a performance tune.

Stick with Mobil 1. If you have your car tuned, they can sometimes put 2 settings. One for premium gas and the other for race gas. Never heard of tuning anything for less....
