Default stuff stolen

Some douchebag stole my headlight and tailight tint covers off my car in my freaking driveway in the middle of the day. They also did a number on my front bumper scratched it down to the primer on a little section. I don't live in a bad neighborhood by any means but seriously its ridiculouds. This is the second time my covers have been stolen once was at a ford dealership when i had to leave my car overnight, and they pretended to have no idea what happened to them. Needless to say I've decided to spray tint the tails and buy these headlights not off ebay though. Does anyone have any pics of these headlights???

sorry for the rant but seriously i know times are tuff but people need to get jobs and stop stealing stuff from hard working people.

heres the link for the headlights

i have pics of the smoked clear corners in my sig.. why would you buy new stock headlights??? oh, and get vinyl for your tail lights. dont VHT them. if you get them sprayed, i would go professional. too much room for error

stangmods has the tail light tint for like $57 after the code

whoever stole your sh*t is a jerkoff and a lowlife... hope God punishes them

I bougth those headlights for the purpose they are black in the background beacuase I have a gray and black theme on my car and without the headlight covers it looks like **** to me. My buddies who own the local speed shop said they would not spray my stockers on the inside because once they break the factory seal they are prone to get water inside and fog up. They will also be spraying my tails because if i did them they would look like ****. They had antoher customers stang there that they just sprayed and came out nice so i decided to go ahead with it. As for the people who stole my stuff im hoping they try to come back so i can open up a can of whoop ***.

You know it was probably some punk azz kid who has nothing better to with his or her time notice I said her...read on. I think it was probably someone who didn't even need or want the item(s) they stole. They get a big kick or thrill out of messing with someone's ride or property and they know how much it pisses us car enthusiasts off when they mess with our pride and joy. Usually they have it coming back to them later in life in the form of jail from a long rap sheet they produce during their life...but anyway sorry to hear that happened to you man.

I had a 91 5.0 GT with headlight covers and had to park my car on the street while they were paving a new driveway at my dad's house when I was a lot younger. The car sat overnight on the street and the next day they were gone off my car...talk about being pissed...I was even more pissed the next day after that when a local girl who owned a 5.0 just like mine down the street mysteriously started sporting headlight covers that I never noticed on her car before. I couldn't prove they were mine...but I know they were because I took off the gts letters that were on the covers to make them stealth and when she would pass down the street I made sure she knew I knew they were mine by giving her snobby azz look! Fuking bitch!!!...lol She thought she always had something better than the guys...her chit was stock till it was wrecked racing a guy...should of known that was going to happen...lol...not to start a gender war here...but for real...got to keep taps as much as you can on your chit, you shouldn't have too...but in today's society you almost have too.

All I can say is you have to park your car somewhere and if you can't feel safe in your own driveway then where do you park your car at...other than a garage if you have one? I know you said that the area you live in isn't bad but I guess you just have to keep more of an eye on your car as much as you can and maybe have neighbors be on the look out for roamers in the streets. That way if something happens next time you might have an idea of who could be doing it?

funny thing is the car is always always in my garage until like this week. My sister's husband is in Iraq so she will be moving down to NC for a while. so she moved back home for a little while and all her **** took over my garage so my car was in the driveway for this week. I threw a fit because I don't like parking my car outside in the first place and of course this happens.

The car is currently in my neighbhors/ my mechanic's garage across the street. He has 4 classic cars in there and the garage is heated so he let me store it for a few days. Hopefully will have the car back in my garage by the weekend.

My neighborhood is a very tight nit kind of neighborhood where everyone helps everyone out and such. This might sound crazy but i have a reason to beleive it was the new mailman. Becuse it happened at the time when the mail is usually delivered and the day after my **** was stolen I was cleaning my garage out and he came up didn't say hi or anything didn't even look at me and kind of looked nervous. Maybe it's just me being paranoid but I'm going to ask the regular mail man what the replacement guy drives when he comes back from vaca. If it's a mustnag then I'm going to be delivering him an *** kicking.

Always trust your intuition...more times than not it's usually right. I couldn't help but chuckle at the mailman comment...leave it to the mailman...they end up being someone elses daddy also...lol...not to offend any mailman's that may post here...lol. But in all seriousness...looks like you just ran into some bad luck with your car not usually being out in the open. I was going to say just look at the mailtruck that goes by w/some bad jerry rigged set up for covers on the mailtruck...lol...or too bad you wouldn't know when this replacement guy was going to show up again to deliver your mail but if you knew, you could leave a piece of paper in your mailbox with the flag up...and say something like "I know what you did yesterday"...I'm thinking of the movie "I know what you did last summer"...lol. Then watch him deliver the next few days and see if gets even more nervous. Chit you might never see him again...quit his job all because he stole your chit...if in fact it was him. But just trying to make light of the situation and make you smile a little bit because having anything stolen is enough to make you mad but when it's something you cherish...it's heart-wrenching :~(

...worse yet they end up doing it long enough and they will make it to the section of the paper that is the grimmest...the obituaries. Some people have no tolerance for stealing and will kill or injury someone very badly because of that. I don't blame anyone for protecting there possessions or property. Just sucks that life has to be that way but you can eliminate some of that by just keeping your car out of sight when you are not driving it if you can or just being smart enough to keep tabs on it...but I would check with your regular mailman on that one...sounds interesting though...good luck!

It usually doesn't pay to own nice things. Its funny how jealous people act, they don't have something and you do so you have to pay.
Same way how a lot of people hate america
