Are you auto or manual? Either way I'd go gears and a tune looooooong before I ever even thought about a TB and plenum. Gears and tune will probably run you $1000 by the time it's all installed and everything. The accufab stuff is like $400 or something? Save it til you get to a grand then do the gears and tuner. I seriously doubt anyone here would disagree...especially if you are auto..but either way really.

Accufab makes the best product, but it is pricey. The next best flowing plenum from the specs I have seen is a ProProducts setup and it is about Half the price.

accufab is nice if you have the extra cash to spend on it. Professional products is half the price, some people hate them and some love them. alot of people have really good luck with them but sometimes you have to adjust the throttle set screw and might have to enlarge the hole for the throttle cable. i have the polished plenum and i love it!! i plan on getting there 75mm t/b next.

Take a dremel to your stock one or buy the Accufab.

That may be entertaining but wont help as much as even the cheapest aftermarket plenum. Aftermarket Plenums take advantage of height to get a better curve. thats why all of the ones you see are about 1/2 in higher than the stock one.

Anyone have experience with a C&L Plenum? My '02 GT has one on it with what looks like the stock TB. According to C&L website I could gain a few HP by putting on a 75mm TB. Also, I have the stock air intake and was thinking of the JTL. Any opinions?

Thanks,
John
