any of you with convertibles ever weighed ur car? curious as to how much it actually is.

what year? 3234 pounds was what my buddys 98 weighed.

The 99+ Sn95's are about 100 pounds heavier than the early SN's.

I'm at 3154Lbs with me in it (im 200lbs), but there's alot of stuff that I don't have in the car, including the convertible top/motor and everything

EDIT: thats also minus the AC, no rear seat, no sound deadening, alot of the electrical harness is gone because of the FAST system, you know, bunch of stuff removed. Corvette's definitely don't have a weight advantage on me

mine with me in it and a few detailing things weighed 3800 but i think that scale went by every 100 since i was a grain scale

I bet the 32xx number is for the sixxer....I've seen about 3400 pounds bone dry for a New Edge GT vert. I wouldn't be surprised to see 3800 pounds with driver and everything.
