Rear springs
Right now I'm running 15x10 Prostars with 28" tall tires in the back. But I have stock rear springs. What's a good spring that'll still keep my launching abilities where they are, but drop maybe an inch or so. The car is raked, but it's almost too raked. The back sits too high.
I heard a couple people using Fox body V8 springs for the rear, and possibly clipping a half coil. I used 4cyl fox body springs in front with a half coil clipped and no isos, and it looks great.
So does anyone have any ideas? I'm doing this as cheap as possible right now, since I'm upgrading to coilovers over the winter, but I'm tired of the *** end being so high. I found fox body V8 rear springs at Autozone for like $60.

I'd rather do it with an extra set. I don't want to cut a half coil with my only springs and it's too low, and then I'm gonna have to buy another set. Also, with an extra set I can bring the ones I plan on cutting to work and use a die grinder, rather than a hacksaw at home, and then throw them on the car when I have the chance.
So anyone else? Bump.

Here are some pics of what I did. I also run 28in Nittos on the street, and 28in slicks at track. Just took the stock springs and cut exactly 1 coil off. It VERY RARELY rubs if I hit a really huge hole or something. If I had to do it all over again, I'd cut off 90% of a coil. I love how my car sit now.
