Default beat a 2008 ZO6

Last night we all met up to do some racing. I was talking to a guy with a '08 ZO6. He wanted to go from a roll (which is fine since I still can't do a burnout ) We jump on the interstate and go from a 25mph roll, I put about a car on him. Those cars really move out!! Then I ran a C5 ZO6 from a dig. I attempted a burnout but with my brake problems it wasn't happening. I blew the tires off (on my M/T ET Drags) and aborted the ran after a couple gears because I could feel the car starting to get away. We were pretty close when I let off (not bad considering I had to launch like a baby and pedal the car) but he beat me by 3/4 track . Someone later said he was spraying, it didn't really seem that fast to me, I just had a botched up run.

I am really impressed you contended with the c6 z06. They have a pretty good weight advantage.

They are around 3100 lbs, where did you shave weight on your car? K-member

Because I know the stock GT is a little above 3250 lbs.
