Funny you posted that...there is a 03 or 04 Sonic Ford Lightning for sale in my area...with that set-up...lol. Shocked the hell out of me...not the label...lol...the truck of course...you don't see too many up for sale at least in my area, probably some old(er) guy sold it for an economy vehicle(12mpg at the best from the truck I could imagine). They are pretty rare and still hold some resale value or a better value than most mustangs would hold I think, but for some reason when you see a Lightning for sale at a dealership they sell within a week...hmmm I wonder why<<<smart *** comment..lol. I should of taken a pic of it but wasn't thinking about it at the time, and the only camera I would have had would have been on my cell(note to self...carry my "better" camera when car hunting so as to take pictures of any bad *** car). My g/f and I were out looking for cars...she is wanting to get a mustang ;~)...and the kicker was someone traded it in for a subaru...lol...sorry if I offended anyone...but I am not aware they make any badass cars? The emblem does look real though but I never would of known that before you posted this? Sorry for the story...just thought it was weird on how I saw that "Fast" on a Lightning this past weekend.

I have found them for like $7 but they don't use the ford F, just a plain boring F. The one i got was $11 or something. i know it is probably a lot for a small piece of vinyl. I don't know if you would call my car fast but after all i am all motor looking for some good 12's, mid to low with some DR's(mid to high on my nitto streets). I guess i just consider it fast for being a daily driven street car.

 

not sure if you'd consider it badass, but Subaru does make a WRX turbo with manufacturers figures at 265hp and 244 ft lbs. little car, probably pretty damn fast.

 

Yea those STI's can be made pretty damn nasty. And most you see around here are heavily modified that you would not want to mess with.
