Just ordered my 33 spline axles, spool, 3.73 gears, Cclip elims, AIS meth kit and odds and ends stuff.

Engine comes out today!

I'm probably gonna sell off my old stuff. The heads I am pulling off are stock but have .600 lift springs, titanium retainers and locks and new valve seals, so I should be ablesell them easy.

I am going to be running a Novi 2000.

Engine out. It was a bit more of a bitch pulling it with the longtubes still installed but it still came out.


Heads now installed




Not a bad day of work even tho we took alot of breaks and I had to stop early to take the wife out to dinner.

Tommorrow the engine will be finished.

Only bad thing that happened today is I dropped the engine on the starter and broke it. I guess I will have to order a mini starter now

after looking up that Meth kit, I think I know the next $600 I'm spending on my car.

My system is making me run really really rich, I can't seem to get a happy medium of lean/rich trying to tune it

 

whats up the longtubes man? the picture makes them look pitted and damaged....
