Default Issues with the front breaks??

I got home from breakfast this morning and noticed I need to spray off my car. Ok alittle background: I live in an area where alot of amish live and it rained some last night. So you can imagine horse crap all over the roads because being splattered because it wet. OK now the problem I noticed....spraying off the car everything was fine till I got the the front left brake rotor. I wasn't driving fast and none of the other rotors steamed like that one.....just the left front was very hot. Just wondering if there are somw issues with 03 front calipers?

most likely you have a seized caliper that is causing a lot of drag on that rotor causing it to heat up so much that it steams when you spray it down
