hey guys i know ive been asking alot of questions but im just really confused about what to do to get more power and i appreciate the responses will i be able to feel the diff.? how much hp will it gain, is it a hard install and do i neeed a chip to turn it on.

It'll help a little but it won't glue you into your seat or anything. I think chips install in the passenger kick panel compartment the install isn't hard. I would look into getting a tuner instead because you can tune for new parts, gear ratios, etc. instead of having to get a new chip all the time.

 

1st. Don't feel bad about asking questions. It's good that you do that because you learn by asking questions so you don't ph*ck something up. There are plenty of people that are willing to answer your questions.
2nd. What are your future plans for the car. A chip will limit you IMO. A tuner will let you have more room to play with parameters and such. You have a good looking car. Just from the pic, springs,chin spoiler, gears (if you don't have them already), exhaust upgrade, short throw, etc....

 

thanks alot 02ninja and ya i got a magnaflow catback chinspoiler and im ordering the springs....but performance wise idk what to do i was looking at tuners chips gears ect. im not planning on gettin a blow so what do u think i should do?

 

In the end it's your car and don't forget that. You want your car to be different in it's own way. Mod your car on your budget. Gears are going to run you around $250 and that includes everything you need for the install. Tuners are more, but you can find a used one in the classifieds on this site for cheap (not dirt cheap). Keep logging on and asking questions.
