Finally got an appointment to get my car on a dyno. With the mods in my sig what should my numbers be? I know with the mods in my sig that I am know where near my goal of 300 rwhp what other modification's (staying N/A) is needed to reach that goal? Thanks guys.
Im gonna say high 280's-low290's on Hp at the wheels Torque should be over 300 easy. to get 300 rwhp you'll prolly need LT's and maybe heads but if you get every single bolt on you can, you might be able to pull it off
* this is what i have observed sover the 9 months i've been here*

My plan is to install 410's. Should I do it before the tune? Will it make a difference? After the tune my next big mod is heads. I was thinking Patriot Stage III.
Gears will not make any difference as far as numbers. What they will do is change the torque curve. The power output will be identical it's just that if you slid the graphs on top of each other, the torque curve would be at peak power sooner than with your numerically lower gears. I wouldn't set yourself up for any dissapointments. The numbers will reflect the actual equiptment that you will be running on. If it's a DynJet, than you shall see 290rwhp and over 300rwtq if it's a Mustang Dyno...Don't be shocked if you barely break 280rwhp and barley touch 300rwtq. I had my car on 2 different Mustang dynos and a Dynojet and they gave 3 different numbers. The mustang dyno's were fairly close though.
Longtubes would be a tremendous gain for your situation with cams and all. The 2v motors love the Long Tube headers for that low end grunt. I think you would feel much more of a gain on the headers than going from 3:73's to 4:10's.
FYI My stock 96 cobra engine with full bolt-ons and LT headers only ran a 268rwhp on a Mustang dyno. All mods you have minus the cams, but this was with a 32v motor

I was never a fan of Stage 3 heads as they flow too much and can significantly hurt you on the low end. Those heads are for high revving applications primarily for track runners and not really made for the street. They can have terrible idle qualities and cause issues. You can get more overall power from a set of stage 2 heads with matching cams and be very streetable and reliable. Not saying stage 3 heads are unreliable, but you'll just have a few more headaches and weaknesses. Those are just my thoughts.
