What does that have to do with anything? So by your logic, my car can't be one decibel louder than a stock Corvette until I'm faster than one? It's not like I'm driving a 16 second Civic that causes ear sores. It's a clean, fast car with a good sounding exhaust system that I constantly get complimented on.

Just because I don't drive an 11 second car doesn't mean it can't be loud.

I agree with that statement but at the same time, its advertising for attention from faster cars to challenge you. Im all for loud exhaust cus of the attention and just cus loud gets more compliments but you just gotta be prepared for people to call you out that you have a car thats not the fastest even though your exhaust makes you sound like it.

If you two are fine with having a car that SOUNDS fast, good for you. I'd rather have a car that IS FAST

and, you're wrong. If your only in the thirteens, your not fast. Your keeping up with 30 year old cars, and little 4 and 6 cylinder cars are matching your times STOCK.

You don't have a fast car, you have a relatively quick car. I'm sorry that I'm a realist and that I think that a loud thirteen second car is a joke.

I've seen Low 10 second cars that are completely emissions compliant and aren't an "ear sore" as you call it, and they are truly fast.

Seems to me like the guy with an 11 second car needs to get off his damn high-horse.

hey, like I said, if your fine with it, more power to you, but when my 11 second car is quieter than a car that is most likely 2 seconds/20mph slower, something just doesn't add up.

I don't know if you've ever noticed, but some of the fastest street cars around are trying to quiet down their exhausts, while some of the slower/stockish cars are trying to make theirs louder.

I have no problem with guys who have cutouts on their car, and when they get to the track, they unplug them and let r' rip, but driving a loud *** car on the street is really read-neck-ey, and that's coming from someone who will litterally hop in his own car.

It's just a pet peeve when I see 10 and 9 second cars drivng around that are nearly silent, and then a 13-14 second car comes along that you can hear from a mile away. It's louder than it is fast. Just seems a bit "poser-ish"

now, don't get me wrong, I don't think there is ANYTHING wrong with a 12, 13, or 14 second car, I just think it's wrong when people try and make them into something that they are not.

Trust me nothing would make me happier than having a my car run in the low 12's and 11's. And the car is only loud when I want it to be, driving like a normal person its really quiet belive it or not.

Loudest is SLP LM1'S FTGDMFW! I have a vid on my cardomain page if you are dying to hear it. They sound even better/worse (depending on if you like the sound or not) with an O/R X pipe. Youtube can also be your best friend.
