I'd hold off on the tuner for now. Do all your bolt ons first. Last thing you should do is do the tuner especially if you decide later on to go FI.
Gears and exhaust would be my first mods if it was my car.

yeah if he gets the gears without the tuner then his speedo will be off, therefor putting more miles on his car than he actually is? tell me if im wrong
yes, i have steeda pulleys on my gt, it was my first mod, idk why but w.e. the only hard part are getting off the pulleys with the pulley puller, but if ur not retarded you should do it without a sweat.
yes you need a tuner or a speedcal or you will put more miles on your car than your actually doing.. and your speedo will be off. my speedo was off 20mph when i had my 410s put in. I was going 90 to go 70 lol

haha yeah, i remember driving my friends 2006 gt with gears but no tuner, i got pulled over cause he didnt tel me about the gears and i was just driving to get some food
Yes they are worth it in terms of cost and time to install them you will notice a difference. MGW short throw shifter is always fun and more enjoyable. New Mid pipe and exhaust would be good and gears would be the best other than a power adder like supercharger or nitrous.
