Default Drag Radials

Does anyone have any experience with hoosier drag radials??? I found these...

http://www.lethalperformance.com/99-...radial-p-10181

Questions:
1. Will those fit on the stock rims
2. Will they hook well
3. Are these tires sticky enough to break an axel
4. Are they a decent tire all around

I wont be dd'ing them. they will be for back and forth to the track and an occational trip out with the guys to mess around. but thats it. and will these hook hard enough to snap an axel on launch??? I mean these tires seem to be just around the same price as the nitto drag radials and they seem to be better because of design. they have more contact patch than the nittos. So i was thinking about getting these for the stock wheels.

They are recommended for 9-11" rim. I have a friend that has an A4 Camaro, he's had the m/t radials and the hoosiers and he likes the hoosiers more. Depending on how you launch, it's probably enough to snap an axles, but then again nittos probably can to.

it would be a waste to put on a stock wheel... they are a wide tire and ride ****ty enough on an correctly sized wheel.. I have had two sets on my car, as well as two sets of MT drag radials.. Mt drag radials worked better for me, and were alot easier to use on the street..

with a 275's I'd go with at least a 9" wheel! ...I would not run those tires on the streets...Nitto DR's the best all-around tire IMO!

You'll be fine running them on the stock wheel. I did the entire time I had my car. The M/T radials do better on the street but there is no comparison on the track. The Hoosiers grab hard enough to break axles as well as spider gears. I blew my rear end all to pieces when they hooked 505 rwhp at the track. Do NOT drive in the rain with the hoosiers. They get no traction at all on wet pavement. The M/T's are bad in the rain but the Hoosiers are worse.
