yea i loved it i just want to make sure, its a small local shop but there are several ford technicians that work there. so im getting ford labor for local shop price,

Absolutely, I'd make sure you get it in writing though because A LOT of unknowledgeable shops estimate headers install on our vehicles to be 2 hours or so, just lift the car, take the bolts off, throw on the new ones. Many don't understand it's necessary to remove the k-member or lift the engine, it's really a 5-6 hour job.

Average LT header install is uaully in the vicinity of $400 alone, I spent that for header/midpipe install. My clutch install was somewhere around $400 as well. So I'd say you're getting a great deal, just make sure to get that quote in writing so you don't walk in to get your car and they say it's going to be $800-900.

i had them redo my gears when another shop screwed it up and they only charged 300 to redo them. i told them that headers are a pain to install they said to redo stock manifold is usually 300 but it will be 500 because there long tubes,

thats a damn good price!!!! the shops here want 350.00 for l/t's on a 2v and 400.00 on a 4v, the mid pipe is 75.00 and clutch install and a resurfice of the flywheel is 200.00 or 175.00 with a new flywheel.
