Default Mach 1 engine

I found a stock mack 1 engine for sale with 52000 miles on it, and Its going for $1500 obo. It says its in great condition and comes with the ecu, but doesn't have the wiring harness. Does this sound like a good deal to you guys? I would love to swap a 4v in to my stang.

Cool now I just hope I can come up with the money soon. It would be nice in the vic, but the only thing I may do to that is put a k&n in it lol.
