good deal. for the hood, you'll need the hood inserts.
for the bumper, You'll need the chin spoiler, (2) fog lights, and (2) fog light bezles.
The chin spoiler alone costs over 100$. so see if it comes with everything.
on the parts I named you will easily spend over an extra 2 to 3 hundred dollars if you buy new.

Why do I need a chin spoiler? And what's a hood insert, I can't salvage it off mine?
Edit I see it in the pictures now, I wasn't aware they were on there. It wouldn't look ok without it? Someone have pictures of an 01 bumper with 03/04 hood?
