Are pypes really that loud?
hmm ok i just watched a few vids and i do like it..still not sure but will watch a few more vids..might get an o/r H tho instead of a prochamber. which should dave me a tad of money and put me right around the $950 mark..which leave me with 400 to play with =]
I have only heard of a few cases where they did and its usually at the collector. Might want to look into adding these to your list when you do your headers:

do not get pypes i have it on my 02 and it is the worst quality product i have ever bought fitment is horable.i had a borla on my 00 and that is for sure what im swapping it out for the quality was amazing and the sound was supper clean and aggressive
Can't argue with you there, The quality, sound & fit of my Borla Stingers is top notch A+. This was by far the easiest and fastest cat-back I ever installed and I have done SLP, Flowmaster & Mac. I would have to say SLP was the worst. There catback comes in to many pieces.
So there really is not much of a point to get it other than clean up the engine bay??? I mean how much does it clean up the bay??? If its a lot then i might do it but if its just a little bit, i wont bother with it.
You can tell if you have it done. I think its worth it, if you show your car.
