Is the V2 that limited that he is going to max it out before it would be practical to run the eaton? I understand what you are saying about running some of the components but it doesnt seem that it would be beneficial to run both...more components = increased chance of mechanical failure. Why not sell both and look for a higher output blower rather than rigging up 2 lesser superchargers? Just playing a little devils advocate.

Rigging up the 2 was a suggestion just like your suggestion to sell both and buy a superior set-up...however, I do not know if I would make enough money selling both to buy a superior blower...I guess I could sell the PP intake stuff along with the Vortech and get a KB blower...thanks for the idea...BTW, in addition to your suggestions does anyone know if I can run the Eaton without a separate belt system...??

Keep the Vortech if you are going with 5.4 instead of 4.6 you will much more tq to begin with 5.4 block.

why not just run an actual 5.4L manifold???

Like, the sulivan intake, get it port matched :P

anyway, stay with the vortech. Upgrade it to a T-trim, great cheap upgrade.

Sullivan does not make a 5.4 SOHC intake manifold (or at least there isn't one advertised on there website)...the HPS is like $700 and I got my entire Eaton for less than that...

People call it a heaton for a reason. I'd stick with the vortech, but hey, it's your car, do what YOU want

I made a template and had a guy I know EDM a $60 plate I bought. That usually isn't an option for most people. I would check with SVTperformance in the lightning section on whether you can buy one off the shelf or not.

Here is a ghetto cell phone pic I just took to kinda show you what it looks like. Sorry the lighting is bad but the car is tucked away in the very back corner of the garage.

Now that is nice...is your upper plenum/throttle body sitting up a little closer to the front of the car because of that...?? Could you have one made for me...?? If so how much...??

The plenum is just angled kinda weird to clear the fuel rails.

I'm not sure, I can check with my guy, I'm not even sure how he pulled it off. It was on those things you just don't ask to many questions about.
