BOOST!!!!
So I recently bought a Vortech for a GREAT price and had some questions.
I wanted to know how much boost I could hold and still be on the safe side, but also make good power on the stock block, crank, rods, and pistons? (This is just for the next few months.)
Will it work with my stage 3 Comp Cams?
What compression should I run? I was told anywhere from 8.1:1 - 9.5:1 . The only reason I ask is because in about 4 months all be buying an Eagle Forged assembly and wanted to know the right compression.
I know i have more questions, but its late and I can hardly see straight!
I know it is a bad picture but it will do for now.
Just to clear this up I know its rotation is wrong and i am sending it to Vortech for the right rotation.

That blower will turn the wrong way for a 4.6L. I'm not just talking about the snail I'm talking about the gearing. You need a Reverse Rotation (RR) supercharger. That one is designed for a 5.0. The pulley will face the front of the car unlike ours where it faces the rear.
