Default I feel slow.

So besides being a 2V mustang, recently I just put on my new DD Black Bullitts, 18x9/18x10 and WOW I feel so much slower. Don't get me wrong I love the look I have no but dammit, I want to feel fast too! I'm just going to put some nice slicks or DR's on my old set of rims and when I have the need for speed...I'll slap them on! Of course when I come across a challenge I may be screwed...ugh oh well I'd rather look beautiful than not and I guess I can cut down on the street racing part a little . There, that's my rant. Feel free to comment

What mods do you have on your car now?

When I put my 315's on the car I think it felt a little bit slower than my stock wheels, but I have an awful butt dyno.

Just 3.73's, but those were on the car when I bought it. Maybe I should invest in some 4.10's. Pretty soon I'll be a little more serious in performance mods after I lower the car. Or I'll just start saving for a Termi

I would just save for a Terminator. Now is the time to buy one though with the economy so bad.

I agree. That was the original plan but one, I don't have the money to finance and insurance and two, I am going to buy myself one as a graduation gift.

I am slow and I will be the first to say that i'm proud of it. It's great to be slow, you can actually enjoy watching the hot chicks in the stands while you're runnng the 1/4 mile and you can notice your family hiding their heads under brown paper bags because they are ashamed of you! LOL

I know the feeling, except mine was opposite. I had my 18x9/10 bullitts on before I started modding. So when I was done with the engine stuff, it felt pretty fast (292rwhp). And then I put my stock bullitts on after two summers of having the power and it felt like I had a permanent 100 shot...it was so much fun...until the 18s went back on lol
