Default Gibson Cat-Back Or FRPP

Has anyone ever tried them,

I heard a clip of them when I was looking for a quiet set of mufflers and they sounded pretty and it seems like a decent price for a stainless setup.

I'm comparing it to FRPP, Im pretty sure the FRPP is going to be quieter, I didn't even realize until recently that Ford Racing make an exhaust system for the New-Edge cars.

no only on a vette. If you are after a nice sounding exhaust not to loud but more than stock I recommend Steeda Catback. I could not be more happier with my choice.

My biggest issue is I have all solid bushings and almost no sound deadening in the car. So even the stock cat back is pretty loud.

Honestly my stock cat back sounds louder in car than my flowmaster 40s on my v6. So im being super conservative with my choice.

My friend has a Gibson catback but on a GMC Jimmy. It is relatively quiet and would probably be so on a Mustang. Has a good tone though.

Had one on my dodge truck. It was nice around town but was loud at WOT! I had to sell the truck because I couldn't afford the gas! I couldn't keep my foot out of it!!

I think it really depends on what kinda sound you want. If you want a chambered sound, just get some flowmasters welded in. They make some pretty quiet mufflers. If you want the straight through sound, get some Magnaflow turbo mufflers or get some SLP Powerflos. I'd ask AZ what mufflers he got cus he was also worried about being extremely quiet.

Does anyone know a place to buy an FRPP catback, I found it once somewhere and I can't seem to find it anymore.

All FRPP catbacks for new edges have been discontinued. I've spent hours searching before because I wanted to get the m55 catback and just take the mufflers. I know summit and jegs used to have them not too long ago but not anymore.
