if you do i would go with the 99/01 bumper.

you honestly have no preference?

both bumpers would look sick with a cowl hood. is it just a plain cowl or is it like the 95 cobra R?

i know this is a little more than 3" but you get the idea.

i change my answer to 03 cobra bumper. its more blocky so IMO it goes better with the blockier cowl.

I like both but the 99-01 wins by a hair...i think it looks better with our bumpers and such. Like if u had the 03 bumper...i think ud need the rear bumper too to tie to together.

From:

i vot 03-04 for the street car look but if you are going for a drag race look then 99-01 with prostars and cowl hood. 03 bumpers look better with a hood scoop.
