how in the hell did his passenger side hit your passenger side? im going over this in my head over and over...maybe im just too stupid... if you were parked against the curb, your driver side would be out, unless for some reasons you were parked facing oncoming traffic and he side swiped you? but in that case, why would you be parked backwards? im not understanding lol....draw a picture

you were parked like in the pic...he was coming towards you, went left of center, hopped the curb, and came back towards the street, hitting your car?
