Default Birthday Present!!!

so my friend got me this for my birthday after hearing me B*tch about how much better my car would look without the front plate.

http://www.swiftmotorsports.com/prod...9f31e771cba318

so that as motivated me to get a new front bumper without the spot for the plate, im pretty set on the 03/04 bumper (99-01 was short second). I did search and read up but just wanted to get your ideas if i should order it painted from pershing ebay store or just order the bumper and have someone paint it. Also if someone has ordered from them do they sell their bumpers without the license plate spot or is it clean in the front? and has anyone used a hide away plate? I cant wait to see what it looks like, and now i dont even need to break the nj laws!!!

^yeah your lucky^, ever since i photoshoped my car with no plate ive wanted to get rid of it. I was hoping someone would chime in saying they got a bumper or something painted from the company. When i got a paint quote it was 400-450 so i would def rather order it painted if it doesnt look half bad.

I ordered a GT bumper from pershings painted. It was a great paint considering it was only like a $80 difference between the painted and unpainted versions, the only thing I noticed is there was a rough feeling spot on the side about one inch diameter. You couldn't see any difference in the paint looking at it from all angles, but when you ran your finds over it it had a texture. The bumper fit great, But the brackets they send are cheaply made. I drilled out my originals and reused them on their bumper. Also it didnt have the license plate holes drilled so it'll give you the smooth look.
