I would probably go with the cobra, being that I have a family and need the back seat. The ZO6 is definately an awesome car, but I wouldn't fit in the vette crowd. Is it just me or does every ******* with a stock vette think they are big ****. Most guys around here with vettes have major attitude problems.

lol at all the comments about the cobra being "different" when autoxing.. nobody cares about being different its how good you can run. it take $$ to get a cobra to handle with a stock vette..and guess what those parts will likely put you in a different class that you wont win lol.

the vette would probably be the better car for the twisties.
i dont remember the name of the guy (dan04cobra maybe??) but there was a guy that had a cobra in auto X and switched over to a vette. i would have a little chat with him.

Am I the only one that realizes these 2 cars are TOTALLY different? You cant even begin to try and compare. Of course the vette will handle better, its a CORVETTE. I'd go with the Cobra every time.. I know 3 people with c5 Z's and they all haul ***, just not my cup of tea.

OP: you really can't go wrong with either car. i personally would not be able to leave the mustang behind, but of course everyone is different.

I vote cobra pretty much b/c of the four seats. and imo it has better looks.
