Default Light bars

I have been toying around with the idea of adding a Roush light bar to my 02 convertible.

How much is involved in the installation, ie. hassle factor?

Do I have to do any cutting or panel trimming?

Thanks

Americanmuscle.com has a write up about installing a light/styling bar. It's for the CDC light bar, but I don't think the two would be that much different.

It was an absolute SOB. Like no joke. CDC has there instructions incorrect also. They wanted me to drill a 5/8th inch hole into my fuggin car, but that just looked WAY to big. I took the plug that the whole was for and checked it..no where near the size..it was actually 3/8ths if i remember right. You have to be really carefull to because the plate that your drilling through is really brittle so if you press to hard your gonna break it.

The install is totally worth it though...

The install wasn't that bad. You just have to go by the old saying measure twice cut once. I also had a helper, I wouldn't recommend a solo mission on this one. I think I did it in about 2-3 hours or so. As I recall I needed a Pop Rivot tool though to hold the bracket to the car. I have a CDC lightbar too...

So worth it.

install wasn't bad here either. 2-3 hour by myself, would of been much easier with another set of hands.
