Default Header fix ?'s

I have been running a set of Hedman headers for awhile now and I am now taking them back off to fix this BIG exhaust leak I have had since installing them. I want to know what you guys think would fix this leak. It is the driverside header, it's a 2-piece design so the steering shaft can go through the primarys. It leaks bad where the two primarys slip together right before the collector. You can feel the exhaust pulsing on your hand when you put it next to the joint. I can't weld it cause the tubes are like 1/32" apart it's real tight. It kicks the check engine light on about everytime you drive it and sounds really bad under a load. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Matt
