nope, my plugs have been fine so far and i beat on my car all the time. cam surge is just when the car jumps at low rpms. it really depends on how good the tune is, and how big the cam is whether or not your car will have it. i dont think cammed 2vs have much cam surge due to the cams not being very big.

its not so much as the size of the cam that gives you the sound its the lsa the tighter the more aggressive it will sound
it you are installing cams for sound your crazy
its pretty expensive for just some noise

Did you swap in an LT1, that's sounds more like a cammed LT1 not an LS1? LS1's always sound so much more mellow compared to LT1's. Like a mod motor compared to a 302 pushrod.

I didn't mean to say he did, just that it sounds good for an LS1.

well im not doing it JUST for the sound, obviously the hp increase and torque is appealing, but if i put cams in there i wanna make sure it sounds as aggressive as it can
