so i somehow managed to get into a 11 car pile up today. I was rear ended after everything so i need a new rear bumper, new exhasut tip, and new front bumper because i cracked a bracket on the front when i slid into the ditch...do you think i could possibly get cobra bumpers through insurance?

 

as long as you can find one thats priced similar to the GT bumper. insurance normally gives an estimate and then a check (thats always too low) for you to take care of the damages urself so yea u should be able to

make friends with your body shop and im sure you can work something out, just try and find them for around the same price like said above and i don't see any reason why not. you may have to pay a little extra to get the cobra filled in on the rear bumper.

 

yea but for the front my only chance of getting an 01 bumper is from a 2001 cobra cuz they dont make those bumpers anymore right? and the 03-04 front dont fit right with my hood?

 

I got a set of pypes tips I can let go for $20 plus shipping.

Too bad I have a guy coming tomorrow to pick up my old rear bumper and the front bumper I'm holding for another guy on the forum if he wants it. I might be able to come up with more.

When I come up on a mustang and its bumper says "COBRA" I automatically assume its a Cobra, im crazy like that.

So you're totally fine with "COBRA" being in huge letters on the car, but as soon as you put wee little snake badges on you've crossed the line? ROFL
