Is there really a difference in subframe connector brands?
I'm placing the order on SFC's tonight am trying to decide if brand really matters. I can't see that it does but just want to make sure. Thanks.

yea me too...i want some for my cobra..let me know what brands you are looking at i am curios..i want to get the bolt in ones due to ease of install or so i think....i dont know how to use a welder nor do i honestly want to pay to get it done...i am thinking about th eBBK bolt in ones, becasue i think they are only $109 for bolt in..
|
say no to bolt in. youll benefit more by getting them welded. im thinking of going with bbk or kenny brown.

Go full-length, as spets recommends.
Look into Maximum Motorsports and Kenny Brown. Of course (everyone who knows me KNOWS this is comin' :D).... https://mustangforums.com/forum/memb...s-out-back.jpg he he he :D |
haha, i've seen that pic of your car before. very impressive.
are the ones on americanmuscle generally the same metal and thickness? i would think that would be the main concern since lots of people just weld up their own SFC's |
i got the UPR weld ins for pretty cheap. worked good for me
|
I got Global West Connectors and welded them in myself. Easier than I thought it would be, toughest part was making sure the suspension was fully loaded.
|
made my own with thick gauge box steel, only cost me 16 bux if i remember correctly.
|
maximum sports full length and they need to be welded in. I would spend the extra $$$ as this is one mod you will never replace.
|
what sfc do i use for my vert?
